•By purchasing services from TrueForm Visuals, you agree to the following terms:
•Payment must be made in full before any design work begins.
•Turnaround times begin once payment and all project details have been received.
•Each design service includes the number of revisions listed within the selected package and timeframe.
•Additional revisions beyond those included may require an additional fee.
•Final design files will be delivered once the project has been completed and approved by the client.
•TrueForm Visuals reserves the right to showcase completed design work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
•If a client prefers that their logo design not be displayed publicly they may request that it remain private.
Due to the custom nature of graphic design services, refunds are not provided once work on a project has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the discretion of TrueForm Visuals.
